BEFORE CONTACTING US
Send context that helps without exposing the document
For a new workflow, include countries, estimated monthly pages, number requirements, team size, integrations, and the intended launch window.
For an existing fax, include the account email, fax record number, approximate time, and visible status. Do not attach confidential fax contents to an ordinary support email.
RESPONSE PATH
Route the question to the team that can act on it
Use sales for plan and rollout questions, and support for account or delivery issues. Security and legal requests require additional review and may take longer than an ordinary product question.
WORKFLOW BRIEF
Describe the operating change, not only the requested feature
Explain where documents originate, who sends or receives them, which countries and fax numbers are involved, how many fax pages move in a normal and peak month, and what must happen after delivery or failure.
Include required team roles, connected systems, target timeline, retention expectations, and the current fallback. This allows plan, integration, rollout, and support questions to be evaluated together.
- 01Identify the document types, source systems, and destinations.
- 02Estimate ordinary and peak sent and received page volume.
- 03Name number, member, integration, security, and retention requirements.
- 04State the rollout date, current process, and acceptable fallback.
SENSITIVE REQUESTS
Use the approved channel for legal and security review
Do not send live documents, credentials, payment details, health information, or customer secrets in an initial inquiry. Ask for the approved review or secure-transfer process and confirm the recipient before providing restricted material.
The operating company must publish final sales, support, legal, privacy, and security contacts before launch. Development defaults do not establish a contractual notice address.
