HOW PAGES COUNT
One source document can become several fax pages. Covers, destination, number continuity, team access, and expected peaks all affect the right plan.
CHOOSE BY WORKLOAD
The right plan depends on more than the headline price. Estimate normal monthly pages, expected peaks, how many people share the workflow, and whether the number must remain continuously available.
Use the live plan table on this page for current local pricing. Checkout is prepared only after an account, fax number, and plan are selected.
USAGE REVIEW
Fax volume often changes with client intake, billing cycles, claims, or seasonal administration. Review remaining pages and recent activity rather than waiting for a failed fax.
The workspace keeps plan, usage, and billing controls near the activity they affect, so an account owner can make a change with context.
PAGE ACCOUNTING
A source file can become several fax pages, and a cover adds another page. Estimate usage from the pages in the final fax rather than the number of uploaded files. Your account tracks plan pages and separately purchased credits according to the rules shown in the workspace.
Check remaining usage before a scheduled or high-volume send. When a fax cannot start because allowance is unavailable, review the upgrade or credit path instead of repeatedly sending the same document.
NUMBER CONTINUITY
Every paid Faxoryn plan includes one local or toll-free number. Additional numbers cost $5/month each and are selected through the same account workflow.
Receiving requires an active eligible fax number. A temporary number, permanent subscription number, replacement, or ported number can have different continuity and renewal consequences, so the cheapest sending allowance may not fit a number your customers use.
Confirm the number type, country, renewal term, ownership, team assignment, and release behavior before publishing it on forms, websites, or customer records.
PURCHASE PATH
The normal purchase flow connects your signed-in account to a selected number and plan before handing off to the payment processor. Final price, billing term, taxes, renewal language, and payment terms are shown before you confirm.
After payment, verify that the subscription, number, page allowance, and receipt appear on the account you intended. Do not repeat checkout while payment is still being confirmed.
CHANGE OR CANCEL
An upgrade, downgrade, cancellation request, payment-method change, or renewal failure can affect pages, number continuity, and future access. Review when the change takes effect and what happens to your number before confirming.
Your current plan terms and the payment result control billing. Historical refund promises, trial language, or marketing guarantees from the former operator are not carried forward automatically.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Think about how many pages you send in a normal month and in your busiest month, and count cover pages. Compare the page allowance and total price for each plan, then check what happens to your fax number when the plan renews.
No. One uploaded file can become several fax pages after preview, and a cover adds one more. Count the pages the recipient receives, not the file you uploaded.
You also need an active fax number. Before publishing it on forms, websites, or customer records, check the number type and country, what it costs to keep, and whether you can keep it if you cancel.
Check that the plan, fax number, page allowance, and receipt appear on the account you intended. Changing or cancelling a plan can change your page allowance and whether you keep your fax number.
