1. SCOPE

Which purchases this policy covers

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Faxoryn, including subscriptions, prepaid page credits, and add-ons, when the purchase is processed through the configured payment provider. Card payments are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record; Faxoryn operates the service, handles refund requests, and shows the resulting status in the account.

Questions and requests can be sent to legal@faxoryn.com. This policy is effective from 2026-10-01 and is part of the Terms of Service. A third-party service you connect or pay for separately is covered by that provider's own terms.

2. REFUND WINDOW AND AUTOMATIC REFUNDS

Thirty days, with automatic refunds for small usage

A covered purchase is eligible for evaluation within 30 days of the purchase date. When the purchase has small usage (5 or fewer used pages), no paid number is already assigned, there is no prior refund history on that purchase, and the purchase was processed through the configured payment provider, Faxoryn automatically creates a full refund.

Partial refunds follow the published formula: refund amount equals the amount paid minus used pages multiplied by the unit price of that purchase. The unit price is based on the actual paid amount of the purchase, not the general list price. Multiple partial refunds on the same transaction never exceed the amount actually paid.

Approval by the payment provider means the refund has been accepted, not that the money has arrived at the bank. Faxoryn does not promise a bank arrival date.

3. MANUAL REVIEW

Cases outside the automatic rule are reviewed

A purchase is reviewed manually when the used pages exceed the small-usage threshold, a paid number is already assigned, the request is outside the refund window, there is prior refund history, or misuse is suspected.

Manual review is performed by Faxoryn and the payment provider. The account shows the current state: received, pending approval, confirming, approved, or not approved. Keep the transaction identifier and the recorded decision for your records.

04

4. HOW TO REQUEST

Start from the workspace billing area

Open the workspace billing area, locate the transaction, and choose Request refund. The transaction is already attached to the request; you do not need to email support or repeat the full payment history.

Do not send card numbers, security codes, or full credentials in a refund request or support message. The request result and refund status remain visible in the account.

05

5. AFTER APPROVAL

Entitlements and records are adjusted

After the payment provider approves a refund, it processes the refund and may issue a credit note. Where the account state requires it, entitlements are reclaimed: a fully refunded subscription that is already cancelled and has no other active subscription returns the account to the free tier, paid numbers are released, and page allowance is deactivated. Refunded prepaid credits are reclaimed from the balance.

Approved does not equal money received. The time until the funds appear depends on the card issuer and the payment provider's processing.

06

6. NOT COVERED

What this policy does not promise

Unused pages, credits, features, or number rights have no cash value unless this policy or applicable law says otherwise. Promotional balance is tracked separately from purchased balance.

Taxes, provider fees, and chargebacks follow the payment provider's records and the card network's process. Historical refund promises from a former operator are not carried forward; the live policy, checkout terms, and applicable law control each purchase.

7. CHANGES AND CONTACT

The current version controls

We may update this policy when the service, the payment provider, or legal requirements change. The current version is posted here with its effective date.

For a refund or billing question, use the workspace billing area or contact legal@faxoryn.com. The service is operated by Shenzhen Qorynex Technology Co., Ltd.; Paddle is the merchant of record for card payments.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Details to check before you continue.

How long do I have to request a refund?

Covered purchases are evaluated within 30 days of purchase. Purchases with small usage (5 or fewer used pages) and no other exception can be refunded in full automatically; other cases are reviewed manually.

I used more than 5 pages. Can I still request a refund?

Yes, the request goes to manual review. Partial refunds follow the published formula: amount paid minus used pages multiplied by the unit price of that purchase.

Does approval mean the money is back in my account?

No. Approval means the payment provider has accepted the refund. The provider then processes it, and the time until the money appears depends on the card issuer.

Who is the seller for card payments?

Paddle is the merchant of record and processes card payments and credit notes. Faxoryn operates the service and handles refund requests through the account.

Do I have to email support to request a refund?

No. Open the workspace billing area, choose Request refund on the transaction, and keep the recorded decision in the account.
