1. AGREEMENT
These terms govern use of the service
These Terms of Service govern Faxoryn, including the website, workspace, fax numbers, document processing, fax records, connected services, and support. They form an agreement between you and Shenzhen Qorynex Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Operating Company").
Our published address is Room 509, Block A, Jiada R&D Building, No. 5 Songpingshan Road, Songpingshan Community, Xili Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. These terms are effective from 2026-10-01. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
By using the service, you confirm that you have reached the age at which you can enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
The Privacy Policy, the plan and checkout details shown for a purchase, and expressly incorporated product terms are part of this agreement.
2. ACCOUNT
You are responsible for account access
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, keep contact details current, and control the people you invite. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, use another account without permission, or let an unauthorized person use a number, document, or workspace. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
3. CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Send only lawful and authorized material
You are responsible for documents, covers, recipients, sender identities, contacts, and instructions submitted through your account. You must have the rights and permissions needed to send, receive, store, and share them.
Do not send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, threatening, obscene, or unsolicited material. Do not violate privacy, telecommunications, export, sanctions, or other applicable rules; impersonate another person; interfere with the service; or resell access without written permission.
We may investigate misuse, restrict access, preserve records, and respond to lawful requests.
4. FAX SERVICE
A sending is not proof of delivery
Faxoryn prepares supported documents, sends them to a carrier, and records the events returned by that provider. Queued, accepted, or sending status does not prove that the recipient received the fax.
Check the destination, fax pages, sender number, and final delivered or failed status. Carrier routes, receiving equipment, document quality, number format, and local rules can affect the result.
Do not use the service as the sole channel for an emergency, life-safety matter, or legally required notice without independently confirming the workflow and proof needed.
5. NUMBERS
Assigned numbers remain provider resources
A number is subject to carrier availability, provider rules, local regulation, identity or address requirements, and the active plan. Setup, recurring, or regulatory charges may apply.
You receive permission to use an eligible assigned number; you do not own it. A carrier, regulator, payment failure, security issue, account closure, or number lifecycle may require a number to be changed, suspended, reclaimed, or reassigned.
Porting depends on the current carrier, account authority, documents, destination eligibility, and provider process.
6. BILLING
The selected checkout controls the purchase
The live catalog and checkout show plan pages, credits, number charges, billing interval, trial treatment, taxes, currency, renewal, and usage limits for the selected purchase.
Prepaid balance is an add-on to an eligible paid plan and is sold in the fixed tiers shown in the account. Unused prepaid balance does not reset at the end of a billing period, remains available after a plan change and during number retention, and promotional balance is recorded separately from purchased balance. Automatic recharge is off by default unless the account owner enables it.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by the configured payment provider. Provider events control provisioning, updates, pauses, cancellations, and reconciliation. Keep an eligible payment method when the plan requires one.
Checkout is operated by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Cancellations and refund requests can be made through your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt.
Unused pages, credits, features, or number rights have no cash value unless a published policy or applicable law says otherwise.
7. CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Use the account and published policies
Use supported account actions to change, pause, or cancel an eligible subscription. Provider processing or support review may affect when a change takes effect; the account and provider records show the result.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at cancellation. Your pages, credits, and number rights remain available until that date.
Refund eligibility follows the separately published Refund Policy, checkout terms, applicable law, and the state of the purchase. These Terms do not promise a refund period or amount unless expressly published or legally required.
We may change plans, prices, features, or these Terms as permitted by law. Paid subscriptions receive the notice and billing treatment required by the applicable terms.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Connected services have their own rules
You choose whether to connect supported file, email, notification, or other services and are responsible for the permissions you grant. Remove a connection when it is no longer needed.
Third-party terms, availability, and security practices apply to those services. A source-file event, sent email, or notification does not replace checking the Faxoryn record and final delivery status.
9. CONTENT AND IP
Your documents remain yours
The service, software, design, templates, trademarks, and service materials belong to the Operating Company or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use them for the intended service while your account is eligible.
You keep rights in your documents. You allow us to host, convert, transmit, store, display, and process them only as needed to provide and support the service. Feedback may be used without payment, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.
10. LIABILITY
The service has practical limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free preparation, universal destination reachability, carrier acceptance, recipient action, or suitability for a particular regulated workflow unless a separate written agreement says so.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operating Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost data, revenue, profit, goodwill, or business opportunity. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Keep your own backups and destination-verification process for important work.
11. GENERAL
Contact and updates
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@faxoryn.com. Notices may be delivered through the account, its email address, or the website where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, contact us first through the account or support channels and we will try to resolve it directly. Any dispute not resolved that way is submitted to the courts with jurisdiction at the Operating Company's registered address. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection law grants you additional rights, those rights still apply to you and are not excluded by these Terms. If a term is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. The current version posted here controls unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
