TASK PATH
Work toward a result you can verify.

Confirm account access, page allowance, and number requirements.
- 03
Keep the source document under the organization's approved access controls.
- 04
Open the supported Faxoryn entry point and log in.

- 06
Preview every fax page and review the sending settings.
STARTING POINT
Begin with Fax from a phone through the web workspace from a supported entry point
Use the responsive Faxoryn web workspace in a supported mobile browser. The current repository does not establish a separately published native iOS or Android application, so an app-store install must not be presented as required or available.
Choose an existing supported file from the device, or scan the paper document with an approved tool and save it as a readable PDF or image before upload.
This page covers phone. Check the relevant account setting or fax record before you continue.
- Use a sample document for the first send.
- Confirm account access, page allowance, and number requirements.
- Keep the source document under the organization's approved access controls.
SEND WORKFLOW
Prepare, preview, submit, and follow one saved fax
On the smaller screen, verify the complete destination, file order, cover, page count, and final preview before submitting.
- 01Open the supported Faxoryn entry point and log in.
- 02Add the complete destination, source document, and necessary cover context.
- 03Preview every fax page and review the sending settings.
- 04Submit once, then follow the saved job to a final state.
BOUNDARY
Do not confuse the input tool with fax delivery
Mobile network changes, backgrounding, and browser upload permissions can interrupt preparation. Reopen the workspace and confirm whether a fax record exists before sending again.
Sending means the job entered the service workflow. Retain the final delivered or failed state and timestamp for operational follow-up.
RECOVERY
Check the saved record before trying again
If upload, preview, authorization, or sending fails, read the visible state and correct that condition before creating another job. Repeated sending can create duplicate documents at the destination.
MOBILE PREPARATION
Make the source readable before working on a small screen
Use an approved scanning or document application when the source exists only on paper. Crop page edges, correct rotation, inspect contrast, and save the complete file before opening the fax workspace.
Keep the browser active through upload and preview. If the device locks, changes networks, or suspends the page, return to the workspace and inspect the saved state before starting over.
- Confirm browser access to the intended local file or photo library.
- Inspect multi-page order and readability before upload.
- Use the Faxoryn Inbox or Sent record for later review across devices.
SEND AND RECEIVE
Use one responsive workspace for both directions
Outbound fax begins in New Fax with the complete destination, source files, and optional cover. Inbound fax requires an active eligible number and appears in Inbox; email or other configured alerts are secondary notifications.
A phone does not need to remain online for a carrier to receive an inbound fax, but the account, number, and notification settings must remain active. Reopen the workspace to inspect the main document and its details.
ROUTE OPTIONS
Choose the mobile path that matches the source document
A phone can open the responsive web workspace, submit an authorized email-to-fax message, or capture a paper source before upload. Those are different entry paths with different review surfaces; none turns an ordinary voice call into a fax.
- Browser: prepare recipients, documents, cover context, settings, and preview in one screen.
- Email: send supported content from the address registered to the account, then verify the created fax in Faxoryn.
- Paper source: scan every page into a supported file, correct rotation and contrast, and inspect it before upload.
- Receiving: keep an eligible fax number active and use Inbox as the main received record.
ROUTE-SPECIFIC LIMIT
Confirm the step this method can actually prove
Mobile browsers can lose an upload when the device locks, changes networks, or suspends the tab. Before starting again, reopen New Fax, Outbox, and Sent to determine whether the first sending created a record.
Send one sample document, keep the record number from the system that sent the fax, and confirm the final delivered or failed state before adopting the route for recurring work.
WHEN THE RESULT DIFFERS
Stop before repeating an action.
Read the visible status, keep the relevant record number, and correct the stated issue before retrying. Contact support without including fax contents, passwords, or API keys.
