STARTING POINT
Begin with Send faxes over the internet from a supported entry point
Faxoryn uses an internet connection for account access, document upload, and status updates, while carriers deliver to the recipient's fax destination. A local analog phone line and fax machine are not required.
Prepare the source as a supported digital file. If the source is paper, scan it first and inspect the resulting pages for orientation and readability.
This page covers over, internet. Check the relevant account setting or fax record before you continue.
- Use a sample document for the first send.
- Confirm account access, page allowance, and number requirements.
- Keep the source document under the organization's approved access controls.
SEND WORKFLOW
Prepare, preview, submit, and follow one saved fax
Confirm network stability during upload and sending, then keep following the saved job after the browser request completes.
- 01Open the supported Faxoryn entry point and log in.
- 02Add the complete destination, source document, and necessary cover context.
- 03Preview every fax page and review the sending settings.
- 04Submit once, then follow the saved job to a final state.
BOUNDARY
Do not confuse the input tool with fax delivery
Wi-Fi or internet access only connects the user to Faxoryn; it does not itself transmit a fax or prove carrier delivery.
Sending means the job entered the service workflow. Retain the final delivered or failed state and timestamp for operational follow-up.
RECOVERY
Check the saved record before trying again
If upload, preview, authorization, or sending fails, read the visible state and correct that condition before creating another job. Repeated sending can create duplicate documents at the destination.
CONNECTION REQUIREMENTS
Separate local connectivity from carrier delivery
Wi-Fi, ethernet, or mobile data connects the browser to Faxoryn for authentication, upload, preview, sending, and status retrieval. The fax carrier handles the later route to the recipient's fax destination.
A stable connection matters most while uploading and submitting. Once a saved job exists, a brief local disconnect does not necessarily cancel carrier handling; return to the record and read its latest state.
- Avoid untrusted public networks for confidential documents.
- Confirm upload completion before closing or backgrounding the page.
- Do not create another job until the first record is found or ruled out.
RECEIVING WITHOUT HARDWARE
Keep the assigned number active rather than a local machine
Inbound fax does not depend on a home or office router remaining online. It depends on an eligible active fax number, carrier routing, account ownership, and the configured Inbox and notification workflow.
Test the number from an independent sender, verify the received pages in Inbox, and confirm who handles unread or incorrectly routed documents before relying on it for recurring work.
ROUTE OPTIONS
Follow the internet fax path from digital source to carrier result
Internet access carries authentication, upload, preview, sending, and status retrieval. Faxoryn then uses configured carrier network to reach the recipient's fax destination and retain the later result.
- Prepare a supported digital file or scan a paper original before opening New Fax.
- Verify the complete destination, cover context, fax pages, and account allowance.
- Submit once and distinguish the browser response from the later carrier result.
- Use an active eligible number and owned Inbox workflow for receiving.
ROUTE-SPECIFIC LIMIT
Confirm the step this method can actually prove
Internet connectivity does not prove carrier delivery. Carrier routing, the recipient's fax machine state, file preview, and account conditions remain separate stages with their own failure evidence.
Send one sample document, keep the record number from the system that sent the fax, and confirm the final delivered or failed state before adopting the route for recurring work.
WHEN THE RESULT DIFFERS
Stop before repeating an action.
Read the visible status, keep the relevant record number, and correct the stated issue before retrying. Contact support without including fax contents, passwords, or API keys.
