CLOUD FAX

Try sending a fax before you choose a plan

Use the current free account allowance to test document preparation, destination review, sending, and delivery status before selecting a paid plan.

FREE ACCOUNT

Use the free pages to try the workflow, not as a permanent service.

Your live account controls available pages and features. Receiving, keeping a permanent number, recurring volume, and team administration require an eligible plan.

FREE WORKFLOW

Send one complete fax end to end

A new free account currently starts with 10 fax pages. That allowance is for trying the workflow and is controlled by your live account rather than by this page.

Use sample content you are comfortable sending. Confirm the file preview, recipient formatting, the review step, and the final delivery status before relying on the service for business documents. Follow the job in the workspace record after you send.

  1. 01Create and verify the account.
  2. 02Open New Fax and enter a complete destination number.
  3. 03Add and preview a supported document and optional cover.
  4. 04Send and follow the fax to a final delivered or failed status.
02

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Use browser sending and the saved activity record

The browser workspace supports the normal preparation and sending path, including contacts, supported files, cover information, and delivery status. Available pages decrease according to successful usage rules in the account.

The current workspace tells you when a feature, page allowance, number, or plan is unavailable. That account state is the final word over older promotional copy.

03

PLAN BOUNDARY

Choose a paid plan when the workflow needs continuity

Receiving faxes, retaining a permanent number, increasing page volume, and using business team controls depend on an eligible paid plan. Compare the live plan catalog rather than assuming a historical offer still applies.

Review number ownership and renewal terms before publishing a fax number as a permanent business contact.

04

PAGE ACCOUNTING

Count the fax pages, including its cover

One uploaded file can become several fax pages, and an optional cover adds another page. Review the preview and page count before using a limited allowance on the fax.

The account usage record, not a marketing page, determines the pages currently available and how a completed fax affects them. A rejected input, a later carrier failure, and a successful fax can be treated differently according to the service rules.

05

FAILURE TEST

Learn the recovery path before a real document depends on it

A useful evaluation includes an invalid destination or another safe failure case. Check how the workspace reports validation, preview, waiting, sending, delivered, and failed statuses without creating repeated sends.

Correct the visible cause before retrying. Keep the original record number and result so the team can tell a retry from a duplicate.

06

UPGRADE DECISION

Move to a paid plan for receiving, continuity, or team control

Choose a current plan when your workflow needs an active receiving number, a permanent published contact, higher recurring page volume, or member administration. Estimate ordinary and peak usage from the documents you actually send, not just the file count.

Before checkout, review the selected number, billing term, page allowance, renewal language, and current terms. Verify the resulting plan and number on the account you intended after payment.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Details to check before you continue.

How many free pages does the local service currently grant?

The current server default is 10 pages for a new free account. The live environment can override that value.

Is a fax machine required?

No. The complete preparation, sending, and status workflow is available through a supported browser.

Can a free account receive faxes on a permanent number?

The current workspace directs users to an eligible paid plan for receiving and permanent-number continuity.

Does sending consume proof of successful delivery?

Sending starts the workflow. Inspect the final delivered or failed state and the account usage record afterward.
